Why Travel ?

  "Nature is the best painting"

I replied to a gentleman for a question regarding best painting in the world. He nodded and smiled. No doubt artist and their fabulous arts have mesmerized mankind ever since the art revolution. But no one could match the captivating power of nature. We happen to live on the giant canvas of this masterpiece and all we need to do is, observe and enjoy.

They say the earth is round;backpack everything for that endless last move and you might reach that same place sooner or later. But for many of them, it is a bizarre passage with an unfathomable end. They are always ready to hit the road and pound the pavement, with that irresistible urge to unfold all the mysteries, and get hands on that secret hidden treasure. The quickening of the heart, the soft ticking somewhere in the pit of the stomach, the rush they feel on the beginning of a new expedition and the warm, beautiful anticipation of a completely new world.

The spirit of travelling blows away all the withered, dried out leaves, springing it up with liveliness everywhere. This spirit continuously demands of exploring more and more, each time with twofold vigor and an unending quench to conquer even more. The intensified fervor accompanying an extraordinary zeal to face all the odds, with unshackled vigor of a hyperactive child  are all the masterpieces of travelling. Travelling regulates imagination by reality, and instead of thinking how things may be, you see them as they are.

The real happiness lies in travelling, not in merely reaching the destination. A person without a travelling spirit has remained dormant even in the broad daylight of revelation.  All in return this magical spirit asks for is to strive, to seek, to find and never to yield.
Setting our self free of all that humdrum, unfurling the wings, to sore higher up the sky, migrating to a completely new wonderland, and building up a nest out of the pebbles of sheer experience and knowledge. Not letting us to be subordinated and torn apart by the daily chorus, travelling instead extends our horizon; not to be intimidated by pettiness, when we can touch the skies.

The Joy of travelling lies in making up of your own worlds of wonders , not just seven, but seven thousands of them. These wonders all together means the world, in its best shot.
