First case of corona was recorded on Jan 30 in India, and now after 102 days we have around 77 thousand cases. In comparison to other Contries we have been successful in limiting the spread. I have tried to analyse the data, calculated the growth factor and made prediction for the end of May month .  Growth factor for COVID 19 India. It represent percentage increase of cases each day. Initially the growth factor was very volatile till first week of April, with random sharp ups and down, going as high as 20%. For second half of April, we have observed the curve constantly declining upto 5.5%. But sudden rise in growth factor was observed at the start of May and factor went up to 8%. WOW ! I would like to make my house here!   That was the first thing I whispered having reached the summit.  I sat there on the edge of the cliff in peace, mesmerized by the beauty. In a surprise address to the people of India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has declared that ₹500 & ₹1000 notes will cease to be considered legal tender starting midnight today (Tuesday). Modi said, “These notes are just papers from tomorrow.” Modi justified his move saying that ₹500 & ₹1000 are notes are mostly used in black money. He also said that these notes should be exchanged in banks & head post offices & sub post office within December 30, 2016, by providing a valid identity proof such as Aadhaar, PAN card or voter ID card.” He said, “People who possess ₹500 or ₹1000 currency notes after December 30 can exchange it at Reserve Bank of India by providing a declaration.
